Why should I select you as my Service Provider?

For example, If a particular gateway is busy and not responding to your needs then you can mail us or call us to change the gateway. Upon the request, we immediately change the gateway.

Why my Smses are NOT delivered to few numbers?

There could be several reasons for this, we have listed out possible few reasons below.

Reason #1

Check Whether if you are on "DND ON" Gateway

If you have opted for DND ON Account, then smses will not be delivered to DND Registered Mobile numbers, check if those numbers are Registered as DND with NCCP Registry Database.

Solution: Go to http://www.nccptrai.gov.in/nccpregistry/search.misc and input those numbers to check whether it is registered or not, if not please get back to us.

Reason #2

Network Issue

Sometimes if Recipient is not in the network, then possibilities of delivering the sms to that number is bit low.

error | 2121 | MASK OR MOBILE NO OR SMS LENGTH IS NOT VALID

This error could be for 3 reasons as follow.,

1. Mask:

You entered the wrong or case sensitive Sender Name for example, your sener id has been approved as "Sammrat" but you try to send it as "SAMMRAT". (This mostly happens when you use our Excel Plugin)

2. Mobile No:

You must have entered wrong mobile number may be 9 digits or 11 digits. (This error happens on both Excel Plugin or Web Panel)

3. SMS LENGTH IS NOT VALID

If you are not assigned for long sms option then you get this error, to enable this option please contact our sales team on 9930447726 or contact@smsgatewaycenter.com.

Please note: Long sms activation option is entirely on our sole discretion.

Does DND Filtration is Mandatory?

Yes, If you are promoting or advertising your products and services then DND filtration is mandatory or else if your message is delivered to DND number then you can land up in legal consequences. So, be authentic when you send sms.

Can I Get Multiple Sender Names?

Yes, you could get unlimited sender ids depending on your usage of our sms services. For more info write into us. Personal Name Sender Ids will not be allowed at all.

Is Long Sms Option Available with SGC

Yes, you can send long sms from our sms panel and excel plugin. You will have to send us a request to activate for long sms provision. Write us a mail and we will activate long sms facility for you.

I cannot Import Contacts in an excel sheet?

If you are trying to upload wrong version or incorrect way then it is not possible to import your contacts. We have given sample file to upload or import contacts, so download the same and upload / import the same.

Can I Create a Group and Send SMS to Group?

Yes, we have given an option for the same. You can create unlimited groups and contacts in your sms account and the same can be delivered at one click. And also there is an option of Importing your Contacts through Excel sheet.While Importing please make sure to include less numbers in the excel sheet.

I want to upload Excel to send sms, so which Excel Version do i need to use?

Microsoft Excel 97-2003 Workbook can be uploaded. If you are using Microsoft Office 2007, then you can SAVE AS Microsoft Excel 97-2003 Workbook from your Excel 2007 version. We have given an option 97-2003 sheet workbook which you can also save it from your newest version of Microsoft Excel.

How to Send Sms from Excel Plugin?

Send SMS – Single or Multiple (Common SMS)

Once you login to your account,

Please Note: First row should be reserved for heading as Mobile, Phone, etc.,

Now enter your data as shown;

Select the required numbers and right click on it, you will get an option for Send SMS at the bottom, Click on it and a following window appears.

Type your Sender Id, Common SMS message and Click on Send.

If you want to Preview your message, you can do the same by clicking on Preview tab and if you want to schedule your sms then you can set time and date for the same.

How do I install Excel Plugin?

Follow the simple process as below;

Windows Vista Opetating System

Download the Excel Plugin from the site.

Extract the zip folder.

Before installing our plugin, please Close all Excel Worksheets.

Double Click on the SGC XL SMS icon.

Once you double click, the installation process starts and begins with the following window.

Now Click on the NEXT

It will lead you to the next screen as shown below;

If you accept the License Agreement, then Select I AGREE and Click NEXT,

Now it will lead you to the following screen as shown;

Now Click Next

It will start installation as shown below;

Once the Installation is complete then the following screen appears;

Now the Installation is complete, close the window and open your Excel sheet from Menu.

Congratulations! You have successfully completed the installation of Excel SMS Plugin

Network Settings:

Open your Excel sheet, and click on Settings tab. Now the time is to set the network, in many cases, you do not have to change anything unless your system is behind firewall or proxy. You may have to reset the network settings as per your firewall or contact your system administrator for help.
