# What are Archived Reports?

At **SMSGatewayCenter**, **Archived Reports** refer to our detailed delivery reports for **[bulk SMS](https://www.smsgatewaycenter.com)** messages, which we store for long-term access. We archive these reports by converting them into CSV files, compressing them into ZIP archives, and storing them in a secure local folder on our MIS servers. These archived reports are retained for up to one year. If you need to access older reports, you can select a specific date range in the **SMSGatewayCenter panel** and **download** all r**elevant reports** at once in a **zipped format**. This feature ensures you can **retrieve historical delivery data** for **analysis** or compliance purposes.
