# Can I customize the closed (unopened) chat button?

Yes. Choose between a Round Bubble (compact circle) or a Labeled Bar (pill-shaped with custom text), and choose a button size: Small, Medium, or Large. This does not apply to Full Page or Embedded layouts, which do not use a launcher button.
