# How do I change or reset my password?

## Change your password (when you can log in)

1. Go to **Profile > Security > Change Password**.
2. Enter your current password.
3. Enter your new password. The strength meter shows how strong it is.
4. Confirm the new password and click **Change My Password**.

We recommend changing your password at least once every two months.

## Reset your password (if you've forgotten it)

1. On the login page, click **Forgot password?**
2. Follow the instructions sent to your registered contact details to set a new password.

**Too many wrong attempts?** After several failed logins, further attempts are blocked for a while to protect your account. Wait before trying again, or reset your password instead of guessing.

## After a password change

- If you think someone else knew your old password, open **Profile > Security > Connected Devices** and click **Logout All Others**.
- Integrations that use your **API key** don't use your password, so they keep working. If you think the API key was exposed too, regenerate it and update your integrations.
