# How do I check the delivery status of my RCS messages?

Go to **RCS > RCS Delivery Report** to see message-level delivery details.

## Search filters

- **From / To Date & Time**: narrow the date range for faster results.
- **Mobile No** and **Transaction ID**: find a specific message or campaign batch.
- **Bot**, **Campaign Name** and **Template Name**.
- **Status**: choose one or more outcomes, or leave empty to see all.
- **Clicked User**: *Yes* shows only messages where the recipient tapped a button or link; *No* shows the rest.

## What each row shows

Transaction ID, mobile, bot, template, campaign, text, amount charged, message type, direction, channel, **status**, **cause** (the failure reason), and the **submit, delivery, read and click times**. You can also open the message payload.

## Common statuses

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Submitted** | Accepted and sent to the RCS network; waiting for a delivery update. |
| **Delivered** | Delivered to the recipient's phone. |
| **Read** | The recipient opened the message. |
| **Failed** | Could not be delivered. Check the **Cause** column for the reason. |
| **Not Sent** | Not sent, for example because of invalid input or a validation issue. |

## Older data

Use the **Historical DLR** tab to search and download older, archived delivery records.

Click **Export** to download the filtered results.
