# How do I import an existing Flow JSON?

Click **Import from JSON** in the builder header. Paste the full Flow JSON into the text area and click **Import**. The builder **replaces** the current screens and components with the imported one. If the JSON is invalid or fails Meta’s validation (e.g. missing terminal screen, reserved screen id), an error message is shown.
