# How do I import multiple contacts at once?

To import contacts:

1. Navigate to the Contacts section.
2. Locate the “Import Contacts” box.
3. Fill in:
   - **Select Group**: Choose the group for the imported contacts.
   - **Import Contact File**: Click “Browse” to select the file (.xls or .xlsx format).
4. Click the “Import” button to start the process.
