# How do I receive my invoice if I am a post-paid customer?

If your account is on **post-paid** billing, your invoices are emailed to you. Each email includes the invoice as a PDF attachment and a secure link to view it online.

- The subject line is **Invoice** followed by the invoice number.
- The online link opens the PDF in your browser. It is private to you, so don't forward it outside your finance team.
- If the link shows "Invalid or expired invoice link", use the PDF attachment in the same email, or ask our accounts team to resend the invoice.

## Am I pre-paid or post-paid?

Open your **Profile** and look at **Membership Information**. The **Payment Type** field shows **Pre-paid** or **Post-paid**.

## Matching invoices to your usage

- **Credit History** lists every credit and debit on your account, with the amount before and after each transaction. Export it to reconcile against the invoice.
- Turn on the monthly **credit transactions** and **usage summary** emails under **Notifications**, and add your finance team's address.

Make sure the email address on your profile reaches whoever handles payments, since invoices are sent there.
