# How do I search and export my missed call logs?

Open **Miss Call Logs** to see every missed call received on your numbers.

## Searching

- **Mobile Number** — the caller's number, to check whether one person rang.
- **Miss Call Number** — your own number, when you run more than one, for example one per campaign.
- **From Date** and **To Date** — the period to cover.

Click **Search**, or **Reset** to clear the filters and start again.

## What each row shows

| Column | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Miss Call No** | The number the customer dialled |
| **Mobile Number** | The caller's number |
| **Operator** | The caller's telecom operator |
| **Circle** | The caller's telecom circle, which indicates the region |
| **Timestamp** | When the call was received |

## Exporting

When your search returns results, an **Export** button appears. Export, then use the file to build a callback list or import leads into your CRM.

## Practical tips

- **Use a separate number per campaign** where you can. Filtering by Miss Call Number then tells you which advert or mailer worked.
- **Narrow the date range** on busy numbers; a wide range on a high-volume number is slow to load.
- **Watch for repeat callers.** The same number appearing many times in minutes is usually one person retrying, not several leads.
- **Call back quickly.** A missed call is a signal of interest that goes cold fast.
