# How do I track Telegram delivery and performance?

Three screens cover Telegram reporting, each answering a different question.

| Screen | Answers |
| --- | --- |
| **Delivery Report** | What happened to this one message? |
| **Message Summary** | How many did we send and deliver per day? |
| **Analytics** | How are we trending, and how many subscribers do we have? |

## Delivery Report

Message-level detail for reconciling sends and chasing failures. Search by date range and chat ID, and read the status for each message. This is also where you can find a contact's chat ID for a custom send.

## Message Summary

Daily aggregated counts, which is the quickest way to reconcile volumes at the end of a day or month, and to compare one campaign day against another.

## Analytics

Today's submitted, delivered, failed and pending counts, a status breakdown, subscriber numbers and a chart over a date range you choose. Use it to watch subscriber growth after you publish your bot link, and to spot a drop in delivery early.

## A workflow that works

1. Send the campaign.
2. Check **Analytics** the same day for failures and reach.
3. Use **Delivery Report** to investigate specific failures.
4. Use **Message Summary** at month end for totals.

All three are also available as REST APIs when API access is enabled on your account, so you can pull the same numbers into your own dashboards.
