# How do I use the RCS Media Library?

The **RCS Media Library** stores images and other media so you can reuse them across RCS templates and campaigns without uploading them each time.

## Uploading media

1. Go to **RCS > RCS Media Library** and open **Add**.
2. Select the media type and give the file an **identifier**, a title that helps you remember it, plus an optional description.
3. Upload the file and click **Save Changes**.

Supported files: images, video, audio, PDF and Word documents, up to **10 MB** each.

## Managing media

Under **Manage**, search by media ID or identifier to find files, and delete ones you no longer need.

**Tip:** use optimised image sizes so rich cards load quickly and look sharp. Template media has its own size and ratio rules (see *What are the media and layout requirements for RCS rich cards?*).
