Resellers can view RCS activity for the users under their account from RCS User Reports.
Available reports #
| Report | What you can see |

| Delivery Summary | Totals by user and bot for a date range. |
| Delivery Report | Message-level details: mobile, bot, message text, status, and delivery and read times. Search by mobile number, transaction ID or message text. |
| File Uploads | Files your users uploaded for RCS campaigns, searchable by file name. |
| Credit History | Wallet movements for RCS: credits before, credits used, credits after, type, transaction type, comment and timestamp. |
| Archived DLR | Older delivery reports for your users, available for search and download. |
How to use it #
- Open RCS User Reports and choose the report.
- Select the user (and optionally the RCS bot) and set the date range.
- Click Search. Use Export to download the results.
Tip: Credit History helps you reconcile what each user spent on RCS against the credits you allocated.
