   - Ensure stable connection
   - Try again with better connection
2. **Reduce Data Size**:
   - Export smaller date range
   - Filter to fewer messages
   - Large exports may timeout
3. **Restart App**:
   - Force close app
   - Reopen app
   - Try export again
4. **Try Different Format**:
   - If CSV fails, try PDF
   - Or vice versa
   - Some formats may work better

### File Not Saving

**Problem**: Export completes but file not found.

**Solutions**:

1. **Check Downloads Folder**:
   - Look in device Downloads
   - Or Files app (iOS)
   - File may be there
2. **Check Storage Space**:
   - Ensure device has storage space
   - Free up space if needed
   - Try saving again
3. **Check Permissions**:
   - Ensure app has storage permission
   - Grant permission if prompted
   - Try saving again

### Export Takes Too Long

**Problem**: Export process is very slow.

**Solutions**:

1. **Reduce Data Size**:
   - Export smaller date range
   - Filter messages before export
   - Export in batches
2. **Check Internet Speed**:
   - Slow connection slows export
   - Use faster network if available
   - Wait patiently for completion
3. **Close Other Apps**:
   - Free up device resources
   - Close unnecessary apps
   - May speed up export

## Best Practices
