# What are the different ways to send RCS messages?

Go to **RCS > Send RCS**. The tabs at the top let you pick a sending method:

| Method | Best for |
| --- | --- |
| **Quick RCS** | Sending to a few numbers typed or pasted directly. |
| **Group** | Sending to one or more of your saved contact groups. |
| **File Mobile** | Uploading a file of mobile numbers that all receive the same message. |
| **Custom Upload** | Uploading a file where each row has its own variable values, for personalised messages. |
| **API** | Sending from your own application or website. |

Every method uses the same basic flow: choose the **bot**, choose an approved **template**, fill in any **variables**, set the **TTL**, then send now or schedule for later. A live phone preview shows how the message will look.

**Important:** RCS sends always use approved templates. You cannot send free-form text outside a template. Make sure your wallet has enough balance before sending.
