# What do the RCS brand statuses mean?

Each brand in **RCS > My RCS Brands** shows a status:

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Internal approval pending** | Your brand has been submitted and is being reviewed. You can't register bots under it yet. |
| **Unverified** | The brand exists but has not yet been verified. |
| **Verified** | The brand is approved. You can now register RCS bots under it. |

## Why can't I create a bot?

You need at least one **verified** brand before applying for a bot. If you see the message "You need at least one verified brand before applying for a bot", open **My RCS Brands** and check the status of your brand. If it stays pending for a long time, contact support.
