# What does SPAM_FAIL or Blocked (Spam) mean?

**SPAM_FAIL** means your message was **blocked or rejected because of spam filtering** - for example it contained words that match the platform’s spam rules, or it was flagged for moderation. These messages are counted as **Blocked (Spam)** in reports.

**Where you see it**

- In **A/B Test Comparator**, the "Blocked (Spam)" count shows messages that failed for this reason.
- In your **reports** and **Delivery Report**, you may see a spam-related error or reason.

**Why it matters**

- Spam-blocked messages are typically not delivered and may not be charged.
- Adjusting your message content or checking which words triggered the filter can help reduce spam blocks.
