# What does “Valid Till” mean, and what happens when my account expires?

Your **Profile > Membership Information** shows **Member Since** and **Valid Till**. **Valid Till** is the date your account stays active until.

## What happens at expiry

- You receive **reminder emails before** the expiry date at your registered email address.
- After the expiry date, logging in shows **"Account has expired."** and you can no longer use the panel.

## How to stay active

- Check **Valid Till** in your profile regularly, especially before a planned campaign.
- Act on the reminder emails when they arrive. Contact our support or accounts team to renew your validity before the date passes.
- Make sure your registered email address is monitored, so reminders don't go unnoticed.

## Other login messages

| Message | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| Account has expired. | The **Valid Till** date has passed. Contact us to renew. |
| Account is not active. | The account has been deactivated. Contact support to find out why. |
| UI login is disabled for this account. | The account is set up for API or SMPP use only, without panel access. |
