# What is Recurring SMS and how do I get started?

**Recurring SMS** is an automation feature that allows you to schedule SMS campaigns that run automatically at regular intervals without manual intervention.

**Getting Started Steps:**

1. Log in to your SMPPCenter account
2. Navigate to **Send SMS → Recurring SMS** from the main menu
3. Click the **"Create New Recurring SMS"** button
4. Fill in the required fields:

- Campaign Name (e.g., "Monthly Payment Reminder")
- Message content
- Select frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc.)
- Choose send type (Batch Numbers or Groups)
- Set start date and time

Click **"Save Recurring SMS"**.

Your campaign will now run automatically according to your schedule!
