# What is the difference between Heading, Subheading, Body, and Caption?

- **Heading**: Main title (e.g. “Book an appointment”). Character limit applies (e.g. 80).
- **Subheading**: Secondary title below the heading (e.g. “Choose a date and time”).
- **Body**: Paragraph text (e.g. instructions). Larger character limit (e.g. 4096).
- **Caption**: Small hint or caption text (e.g. 409 characters).

All have Meta-defined character limits; the Edit panel shows a counter (e.g. “20 / 80”).
