# What is the difference between RCS Message Summary and RCS Campaign Summary?

| | RCS Message Summary | RCS Campaign Summary |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Shows** | Totals for all your RCS traffic | Totals for each bulk campaign |
| **Group / filter by** | Date, sender ID, bot, country, message type (Text or Rich) | Bot, campaign name, campaign ID, template, date range |
| **Best for** | Daily monitoring and reconciliation | Checking how each campaign performed |

## Columns in both reports

- **Total**: messages submitted.
- **RCS Enabled**: recipients whose phones could receive RCS.
- **Success**, **Read**, **Failed**, **Pending**, **Not Sent**, **Invalid**, **Others**.
- **Clicked**: recipients who tapped a button or link.

## How the percentages are calculated

- **Read %** = Read ÷ Success × 100
- **Clicked %** = Clicked ÷ Read × 100

Campaign Summary also shows the **amount** charged per campaign, links to the campaign's delivery report (**View Report**), and can be exported, including to PDF.

**Tip:** use the summaries for high-level numbers and the **Delivery Report** to troubleshoot individual messages.
