The Workflow Builder is a visual tool inside SMSGatewayCenter’s WhatsApp module that lets you create automated message journeys using a drag-and-drop canvas. You add nodes (triggers, messages, collect input, conditions, actions), connect them with ports, and configure each step. Workflows run automatically when triggers fire (e.g. incoming message, schedule) or when you run a test. Use it for OTP flows, onboarding sequences, support routing, reminders, and other WhatsApp automations without writing code.
