# What is WhatsApp Flow?

WhatsApp Flow is a feature from Meta (WhatsApp) that lets businesses send **interactive, multi-step forms** inside a WhatsApp chat. When you send a message with a flow button, the user taps it and a small form or “mini-app” opens **inside WhatsApp** - no need to open a browser. Users can fill text, choose options, pick dates, or view images screen by screen, then submit. All data is collected and can be sent to your server or used in your automation (e.g. Workflow Builder).
