All RCS messages are sent from templates. Each template belongs to one bot and must match that bot’s message type (Promotional, OTP, Transactional or Multi-Use).

| Rich Card Stand Alone | A single card with an image, video or PDF, a title, a description and buttons. | Title up to 200 characters; description up to 2,000 characters; up to 4 suggestions on the card. |
| Rich Card Carousel | Several cards the recipient can swipe through, each with its own media, title, description and buttons. | Up to 10 cards. |
| Media | A media file (image, audio, video or PDF) with message body text, placed above or below the media. | Body up to 2,000 characters; file up to 100 MB. |
