# When should I use “Show JSON” or “Export Flow JSON”?

- **Show JSON**: Opens a modal with the current flow’s JSON and a **Copy** button. Use it to inspect the structure or copy for support/debugging.
- **Export Flow JSON**: Downloads a `.json` file (named from the flow name). Use it for **backup** or to **import** the same flow elsewhere (e.g. duplicate flow by importing into a new flow).
