# Where can I see replies and button taps from my customers?

When customers reply to your RCS messages or tap a suggestion button, those inbound messages appear in **RCS > RCS Bot Incoming**.

## Searching incoming messages

- Filter by **From / To Date & Time**, **Mobile No** and **Bot**.
- Choose 50, 100 or 200 records per page.

## What each record shows

Bot name, customer mobile number, message ID, type, the data received (reply text, button postback, shared location and so on), and the time. If a customer sends an attachment, click **View attachment** to preview or download it.

## Matching taps to your messages

Button postbacks end with the ID of the message they came from, so you can see exactly which campaign message a customer responded to.

Click **Export** to download the filtered log.
