# Where do I see my WhatsApp number’s quality rating, messaging limit and status?

Everything about the health of your WhatsApp number is on one page. Go to **WhatsApp > Connections** and open the card for your number.

| What it shows | What it means |
| --- | --- |
| **Business Account Name** | The name on the WhatsApp Business Account that holds your numbers. |
| **WhatsApp Business Number** | The number your customers message. |
| **Verified Name** | The name customers see when they open a chat with you. Meta has to approve it. |
| **Business Verification Status** | Whether your business is verified with Meta. You need this to scale up business-initiated messaging. |
| **Throughput** | How many messages per second your number can send. |
| **Quality Rating** | **Green**, **Yellow** or **Red**, based on how recipients have reacted to your messages recently. |
| **Display Name Status** | Where your display name is in Meta's review. |
| **Messaging Limit** | How many unique customers you can start conversations with in a rolling 24-hour window. |

## When to check it

- **Before a big campaign**, so you know your messaging limit and don't get cut off midway.
- **After a campaign**, to see whether your quality rating moved.
- **When messages stop going out**, to see whether the number is restricted or your limit is reached.

Any field showing **UNKNOWN** means we couldn't read that value from Meta just then. Refresh the page, and contact support if it stays blank.

Template-level quality is shown separately, in the **Quality Rating** column on your **Template Messages** page.
