# Why can’t I create a bot, or why doesn’t my bot appear on Send RCS?

| What you see | Why it happens and what to do |
| --- | --- |
| "You need at least one verified brand before applying for a bot." | Your brand is not verified yet. Check its status under **My RCS Brands**. |
| Button reads "Sandbox: Deactivate to Create Bot" | Your account is in RCS Sandbox mode. Deactivate the sandbox and contact support to move to a live RCS account. |
| Bot shows "Internal approval pending" | The bot has been submitted and is under review. Bots can be used for sending only after approval. |
| Bot is approved but the template list is empty on Send RCS | The bot has no **Enabled** templates. Create a template under **RCS Templates** and wait for approval, or use **Sync templates** to refresh statuses. |
| The RCS menu itself is missing | RCS is not enabled on your account. Contact support or your reseller. |
