# Why wasn’t my RCS message delivered?

Start with **RCS > RCS Delivery Report**: search for the number or transaction ID and check the **Status** and **Cause** columns. The most common reasons are:

| Reason | What to do |
| --- | --- |
| The recipient's phone or network doesn't support RCS | RCS works on supported Android devices and carriers. Run an **RCS Capability Check** before large campaigns and reach unsupported numbers through another channel such as SMS or WhatsApp. |
| The message expired (TTL ran out) | The phone was unreachable for the whole TTL window. For non-urgent messages, use a longer TTL. |
| The template isn't enabled | Only **Enabled** templates can be sent. Check the status under **RCS Templates** and click **Sync templates** if it looks outdated. |
| The bot isn't approved, or isn't launched on the recipient's carrier | Check the bot's status under **RCS Bots**. |
| Invalid number format | Use digits only with the country code (for example 919999999999), without spaces or symbols. |
| Insufficient wallet balance | Recharge your wallet and resend. |
| Missing or wrong variable values | Every variable in the template needs a value. For custom uploads, check your column mapping. |

If a message still shows **Submitted** for a long time, wait for the TTL window to end, then contact support with the transaction ID.
