Messages in these categories <strong>are not delivered<\/strong> to numbers <strong>registered<\/strong> under <strong>DND<\/strong>, as per TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To resolve this issue, ensure that your <strong>Transactional or OTP content<\/strong> is <strong>approved<\/strong> under the <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.smsgatewaycenter.com\/service-implicit-sms\/\">Service Implicit<\/a><\/strong><\/em> or <em>Inferred<\/em> category on the <strong>DLT platform<\/strong>. This category allows delivery to DND-enabled numbers for legitimate transactional purposes.
