To enable sandbox access for certain DLT message templates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Sidebar Menu \u21fe SMS \u21fe Message Templates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Review the list of existing templates (create a new one if none exist by clicking Add<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. In the Allow Sandbox<\/strong> column, use the dropdown to select Allow<\/strong> for the templates you want to make available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Once set, those templates will be activated for sandbox testing and can be used by new sandbox users.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
