Maximum session lifetime <\/strong><br>If you logged in in the morning and were still working in the afternoon, logout after roughly 8 hours is expected. Sign in again to start a new session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B. Idle timeout <\/strong><br>If you were reading a long report, on a call, or had the tab in the background without interacting with the panel, the system may treat that as inactivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C. Browser or network issues<\/strong><br>Cookies blocked, private browsing restrictions, VPN changes, or switching networks can sometimes interrupt session continuity. Try a supported browser, allow cookies for your SMS Gateway Center domain, and avoid mixing multiple login sessions across browsers unless needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>D.
