You define the order\u2014such as SMS, then WhatsApp, then RCS\u2014and approved templates for each step. If SMS fails, the platform sends on WhatsApp without you resubmitting the message manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who is it for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Businesses that send important transactional messages where delivery matters: OTPs, payment alerts, appointment reminders, delivery updates, and account notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How it works (simple example)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Step 1 \u2014 SMS:<\/strong>&nbsp;\u201cYour OTP is 482910. Valid for 5 minutes.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If SMS fails \u2192 Step 2 \u2014 WhatsApp:<\/strong>&nbsp;Same OTP in your WhatsApp template.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If WhatsApp fails \u2192 Step 3 \u2014 RCS:<\/strong>&nbsp;Same OTP in your RCS template.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You configure this once as a named fallback flow (for example \u201cOTP 3-Channel\u201d).
