Voice, email, Telegram, and other products are not part of this feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum requirement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You need&nbsp;<strong>at least two<\/strong>&nbsp;of these channels both:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Licensed for your organisation, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allowed for your user login.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With only one channel, there is nothing to fall back to, so the Create option stays hidden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you see on screen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Fallback setup page lists only channels your account is eligible for. If WhatsApp does not appear, it is not licensed or not allowed for your user\u2014contact your administrator or Sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Typical combinations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SMS \u2192 WhatsApp (most common for OTP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SMS \u2192 WhatsApp \u2192 RCS (maximum coverage)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WhatsApp \u2192 SMS (when WhatsApp is primary)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Multi-Channel Fallback supports&nbsp;SMS,&nbsp;WhatsApp Business API, and&nbsp;RCS&nbsp;only.
