  1. Create fallback flow with SMS and WhatsApp checked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Drag SMS to the top (source position).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select both templates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Scroll to\u00a0Variable mapping<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. For WhatsApp\u00a0{{1}}<\/code>, choose\u00a0From source variable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Select the SMS variable that carries the OTP from the dropdown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
