Check that the flow is enabled<\/strong>, the first channel actually failed<\/strong> (not delivered), trigger error codes match the failure (or are left empty), and templates are valid for each step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Status enabled?<\/strong>\u00a0A disabled flow does not failover.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Did step 1 fail?<\/strong>\u00a0If SMS delivered, WhatsApp will not run\u2014that is expected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Trigger codes too narrow?<\/strong>\u00a0If you selected specific codes, failover only fires for those. Clear triggers for \u201cany failure\u201d behaviour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Last channel?<\/strong>\u00a0The final step has no next channel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Template \/ sender issues?<\/strong>\u00a0A failure on step 2 may prevent step 3\u2014check Delivery Reports for the exact error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Variable mapping on later steps?<\/strong>\u00a0Invalid mapping can cause send failures on fallback channels.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. Search the recipient mobile number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Read each channel row: status, error code, failover flag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
