Instead of plain text, you can send branded messages with your logo and a verified sender name, rich cards with images, video or PDFs, swipeable carousels, and tappable buttons such as &#8220;Visit website&#8221;, &#8220;Call us&#8221; or &#8220;View location&#8221;. Messages arrive in the phone&#8217;s default messaging app (Google Messages), so recipients don&#8217;t need to install anything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you can do with RCS on SMS Gateway Center<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>My RCS Brands<\/strong>: create your company&#8217;s brand profile, used to register your RCS sender.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RCS Bots<\/strong>: register your sender identity (the name, logo and colour recipients see) and pick carriers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RCS Templates<\/strong>: build text messages, rich cards and carousels with buttons and variables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Send RCS<\/strong>: send to typed numbers, saved contact groups, or uploaded files. You can send right away or schedule the campaign.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RCS Capability Check<\/strong>: check in advance which numbers can receive RCS (where enabled on your account).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reports and Analytics<\/strong>: track submitted, delivered, read and clicked messages, plus replies from customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How it works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You create a <strong>Brand<\/strong>, then register a <strong>Bot<\/strong> under it. Once the bot is approved, it is your verified RCS sender.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You create <strong>Templates<\/strong> for the bot. All RCS messages are sent from approved templates. Free-form text outside a template is not supported.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You send a campaign. The platform delivers it to RCS-capable phones on the carriers your bot is launched on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery, read and click events come back into your reports. Replies and button taps appear under <strong>RCS Bot Incoming<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Good to know<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>RCS reaches phones and networks that support it. If a recipient&#8217;s phone is not RCS-capable, the RCS message is not delivered to them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>RCS must be enabled on your account. If you don&#8217;t see the <strong>RCS<\/strong> menu in your panel, contact support (or your reseller) to have it enabled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New to RCS?
