RCS must be enabled on your account. If the RCS<\/strong> menu is missing from your panel, contact support or your reseller to enable it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Go to RCS > My RCS Brands<\/strong> and click Add Brand<\/strong>. Enter your brand name, official website, industry and logo (224\u00d7224 px), then the contact person and company address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Go to RCS > RCS Bots<\/strong> and click Create Bot<\/strong>. Complete the two-step form: bot details first (region, message type, name, logo, banner, description, colour, contact details and legal links), then carrier selection. You need at least one verified brand before you can apply for a bot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Go to RCS > RCS Templates<\/strong>, select your bot and click Add template<\/strong>. Choose a text message, a standalone rich card or a carousel, add your content and buttons, and submit. Wait until the template’s status is Enabled<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n From the template list, use the Test<\/strong> action to send the template to your own mobile number.
