{"id":2977,"date":"2026-09-18T14:41:27","date_gmt":"2026-09-18T09:11:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.smsgatewaycenter.com\/blog\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=2977"},"modified":"2026-09-18T14:41:28","modified_gmt":"2026-09-18T09:11:28","password":"","slug":"what-are-the-limits-of-the-rcs-sandbox-and-how-do-i-move-to-a-live-rcs-account","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/www.smsgatewaycenter.com\/blog\/kb\/what-are-the-limits-of-the-rcs-sandbox-and-how-do-i-move-to-a-live-rcs-account\/","title":{"rendered":"What are the limits of the RCS Sandbox, and how do I move to a live RCS account?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sandbox limitations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No brand or bot creation.<\/strong> The <strong>Add Brand<\/strong> and <strong>Create Bot<\/strong> buttons are replaced with &#8220;Sandbox: Deactivate to Add Brand&#8221; and &#8220;Sandbox: Deactivate to Create Bot&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No template creation or sync.<\/strong> You can only view and test the shared sandbox templates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shared test bot only.<\/strong> All sandbox sends go through the platform&#8217;s shared sandbox bot, not your own sender identity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Registered test numbers only.<\/strong> Sandbox test messages are delivered only to mobile numbers registered for testing on the sandbox bot.
