Your template must be of the same type.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Template Name \/ Code:<\/strong> up to 20 characters, using only letters, numbers and underscores (no spaces or special characters). Name it after the use case, for example <code>BotNamePromotion<\/code> or <code>BotNameOTP<\/code>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Template Content Type:<\/strong> Text Message, Rich Card Stand Alone, Rich Card Carousel or Media.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add your content:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For text: type the message (up to 2,500 characters).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For a rich card: set orientation, media height and alignment, upload the image, video or PDF, then add the card title and description.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For a carousel: configure each card and click <strong>Add more card<\/strong> (up to 10).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For media: choose the message order (description at top or bottom), upload the file and add the body text.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use <strong>+ Add Var<\/strong> to insert variables, the \ud83d\ude00 button for emoji, and the \ud83c\udfa8 button to apply Unicode text styles to selected text.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under <strong>Suggested Actions \/ Reply Buttons<\/strong>, click <strong>Add Suggestion<\/strong> to add replies, URL, dialer, location or calendar buttons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the <strong>preview<\/strong> on the right (switch between <strong>Conversation<\/strong> and <strong>Business Info<\/strong>), then click <strong>Submit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The template starts as <strong>Pending<\/strong>.
