Use it for quick answers such as &#8220;Yes&#8221;, &#8220;Track order&#8221; or &#8220;Talk to us&#8221;.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>URL<\/strong><\/td><td>Opens a web link (up to 2,048 characters).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Dialer<\/strong><\/td><td>Opens the phone dialer with your number filled in.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>View location<\/strong><\/td><td>Opens a map, either at a latitude\/longitude with a label, or for a search query such as a store name.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Share location<\/strong><\/td><td>Asks the recipient to share their current location with you.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Calendar event<\/strong><\/td><td>Adds an event (title, description, start and end time) to the recipient&#8217;s calendar.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Limits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Up to <strong>11 suggestions<\/strong> on a text message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Up to <strong>4 suggestions<\/strong> per rich card or carousel card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Button text: up to <strong>25 characters<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Postback tracking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each suggestion has a <strong>postback<\/strong> value that is sent back to you when the recipient taps it. You edit only the first part. The system always adds a fixed <code>_[message_id]<\/code> suffix, which is filled in at send time, so every tap can be matched to the exact message that was sent. Taps and replies appear in <strong>RCS Bot Incoming<\/strong>, and click activity appears in your delivery reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using variables in buttons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can use variables in the suggestion text, the editable part of the postback, and URLs. Each variable uses 10 characters of the field&#8217;s limit. For URLs, keep the base URL fixed and add the variable at the end, for example <code>https:\/\/yourdomain.com\/offers\/[custom_param_1]<\/code>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Suggestions are the tappable buttons (chips) shown below your message or card.
