Only enabled templates should be used for sending.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Rejected<\/strong><\/td><td>Not approved. Review the content against your bot&#8217;s message type and the guidelines, then edit or create a new template.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Paused<\/strong><\/td><td>Temporarily unavailable for sending.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Disabled<\/strong><\/td><td>Switched off and not usable for sending.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Deleted<\/strong><\/td><td>Removed. Deleted templates cannot be recovered.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Managing templates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Go to <strong>RCS &gt; RCS Templates<\/strong> and select a bot to load its templates. You can search by name, ID or content (at least 3 characters), filter by status, sort by last updated, name or created date, and switch between grid and list views.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actions on each template:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>View \/ Info<\/strong>: see the template&#8217;s content, bot and type.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Test<\/strong>: send the template to a phone number to see it on a real device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Edit<\/strong>: change the template.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clone<\/strong>: create a copy to use as a starting point for a similar template.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Copy Message Template in JSON<\/strong>: copy the template structure, which is useful for developers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delete<\/strong>: permanently remove the template.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sync templates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click <strong>Sync templates<\/strong> and choose a bot to refresh template statuses from the RCS network.
