This reduces wasted sends, helps you target better, and shows you where to plan another channel such as SMS or WhatsApp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to run a check<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>RCS > RCS Capability Check History<\/strong> and click <strong>Upload File<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Bot<\/strong> to check against. Only bots eligible for your account are listed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Either upload a <strong>CSV or TXT<\/strong> file with one number per line, <strong>or<\/strong> type up to <strong>100 numbers<\/strong> separated by commas or new lines (6 to 15 digits each). Use one method per submission, not both.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optionally add a comment, then click <strong>Upload &amp; Submit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Note the <strong>transaction ID<\/strong> shown in the confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Viewing results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The history page lists each request with its transaction ID, bot, file name, total numbers, status, timestamp and comments. You can filter, export, and download the result files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Not available?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you see &#8220;Feature Not Enabled&#8221;, bulk capability check is not active on your account.
