The most common reasons are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Reason<\/th><th>What to do<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>The recipient&#8217;s phone or network doesn&#8217;t support RCS<\/td><td>RCS works on supported Android devices and carriers. Run an <strong>RCS Capability Check<\/strong> before large campaigns and reach unsupported numbers through another channel such as SMS or WhatsApp.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The message expired (TTL ran out)<\/td><td>The phone was unreachable for the whole TTL window. For non-urgent messages, use a longer TTL.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The template isn&#8217;t enabled<\/td><td>Only <strong>Enabled<\/strong> templates can be sent. Check the status under <strong>RCS Templates<\/strong> and click <strong>Sync templates<\/strong> if it looks outdated.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The bot isn&#8217;t approved, or isn&#8217;t launched on the recipient&#8217;s carrier<\/td><td>Check the bot&#8217;s status under <strong>RCS Bots<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Invalid number format<\/td><td>Use digits only with the country code (for example 919999999999), without spaces or symbols.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Insufficient wallet balance<\/td><td>Recharge your wallet and resend.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Missing or wrong variable values<\/td><td>Every variable in the template needs a value.
