Each email includes the invoice as a PDF attachment and a secure link to view it online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The subject line is <strong>Invoice<\/strong> followed by the invoice number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The online link opens the PDF in your browser. It is private to you, so don&#8217;t forward it outside your finance team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the link shows &#8220;Invalid or expired invoice link&#8221;, use the PDF attachment in the same email, or ask our accounts team to resend the invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Am I pre-paid or post-paid?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open your <strong>Profile<\/strong> and look at <strong>Membership Information<\/strong>. The <strong>Payment Type<\/strong> field shows <strong>Pre-paid<\/strong> or <strong>Post-paid<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Matching invoices to your usage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Credit History<\/strong> lists every credit and debit on your account, with the amount before and after each transaction. Export it to reconcile against the invoice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn on the monthly <strong>credit transactions<\/strong> and <strong>usage summary<\/strong> emails under <strong>Notifications<\/strong>, and add your finance team&#8217;s address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make sure the email address on your profile reaches whoever handles payments, since invoices are sent there.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If your account is on post-paid billing, your invoices are emailed to you.
