To send copies to others, such as your finance or operations team, enter extra addresses separated by commas with <strong>no spaces<\/strong>, for example <code>accounts@yourcompany.com,ops@yourcompany.com<\/code>. Then click <strong>Save Changes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recommended setup<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set a balance threshold that covers at least a few days of normal sending.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep <strong>Login Alerts<\/strong> on, so you notice any login you don&#8217;t recognise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send the monthly usage summary and credit transactions to your accounts team for reconciliation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Go to Notifications to choose which emails you receive and who receives them.
