IP whitelisting lets only the IP addresses you approve use your account. Go to Profile > Security > IP Whitelist<\/strong>. There are two separate lists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

API Whitelisted IP List<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This list restricts API calls to your own servers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Under Add New IP – Whitelist API Calls<\/strong>, enter the Server IP<\/strong> that your API requests come from.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Enter your current password and click Whitelist My API’s IP<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Don’t know your server’s IP? Use Find Domain’s IP<\/strong>: enter your domain and click Find My Domain IP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    UI Whitelisted IP List<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    This list restricts panel logins to your office network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Under Add New IP – Whitelist UI<\/strong>, enter your Remote IP<\/strong>. The page shows Your Current Remote IP<\/strong>, which you can copy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Enter your current password and click Whitelist My UI IP<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      • Whitelist only static<\/strong> IP addresses. If your internet connection’s IP changes, you could lock yourself out of the panel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • To remove an IP from either list, contact our team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • If the add form isn’t shown, self-service whitelisting isn’t enabled on your account. Contact our team to add the IP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
