Menu names differ between portals, but the process is the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to your DLT portal with your Principal Entity account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the section for CTAs, URL\/callback whitelisting or &#8220;Call to Action&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add each item under its correct type:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>URL<\/strong>: static URLs, dynamic URLs or short URLs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>OTT \/ APK<\/strong>: app download links and links that open apps, such as WhatsApp links.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Number<\/strong>: mobile, landline or toll-free callback numbers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit, and wait until the portal shows the entry as approved or active.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Link the CTA to the content templates that use it, where your portal asks for this.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Things that often go wrong<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Short links:<\/strong> if you use a link shortener, including Smart Links, whitelist the <strong>short link&#8217;s domain<\/strong>, not only your website&#8217;s domain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A new domain or subdomain<\/strong> (for example, a campaign landing page on a new subdomain) needs its own entry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Changing your support number<\/strong> means whitelisting the new number before you send messages with it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Several portals:<\/strong> if you&#8217;re registered on more than one DLT portal, whitelist on each portal you send through.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">After whitelisting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Send a test message to your own number.
