That bot is the identity customers chat with.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You connect the bot to your account and register a webhook, so Telegram delivers incoming messages to your Inbox.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You send messages from the panel or the API; we handle delivery, logging and reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The one rule to know first<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Telegram only lets a business message people who have <strong>started a chat with the bot<\/strong> themselves.
