Each row is one message, not a merged conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Finding a message<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Chat ID<\/strong> \u2014 enter one to see only that contact&#8217;s messages, or leave blank for all.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Date range<\/strong> \u2014 pick From and To dates, then click <strong>Search<\/strong>. Both filters apply together.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the pagination at the bottom for long lists.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What the columns show<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure><div class=\"table-responsive\"><table class=\"table table-striped table-bordered table-hover\"><thead><tr><th>Column<\/th><th>Meaning<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Name<\/strong><\/td><td>The contact&#8217;s first name, as Telegram reports it<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Chat ID<\/strong><\/td><td>The numeric chat identifier; use it to send to a custom recipient<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>User ID<\/strong><\/td><td>The sender&#8217;s Telegram user identifier<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Type<\/strong><\/td><td>text, photo, video, document, voice, location, contact and so on<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Message<\/strong><\/td><td>The text or caption, shortened in the list<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rows with media have a <strong>Preview<\/strong> option that opens the file in a modal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Replying<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Go to <strong>Send Telegram<\/strong>, choose the contact under <strong>From Inbox<\/strong>, and send. The inbox recipient list shows each person once, which is why it looks shorter than the Inbox itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If nothing arrives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Check the webhook.<\/strong> Incoming messages only reach your Inbox once the bot is connected and the webhook is registered. Re-register it from <strong>Telegram Bot Setup<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Check the customer started the chat.<\/strong> Only people who messaged your bot can appear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Widen the date range<\/strong> before concluding there&#8217;s nothing there.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Incoming Telegram messages arrive in Telegram Inbox.
