Is your subscription current?

A Subscription access required screen means the subscription is off or expired. Your bot connection, templates and settings are kept, and sending resumes after renewal.

3. Is sending permitted?

Panel sends need UI sending enabled on your account; API sends need API access enabled. These are set for you, so contact support if one is blocked.

4. Is the bot connected, with its webhook registered?

Open Telegram Bot Setup and check the connection status. Without a registered webhook, you can send but customer replies never reach your Inbox. Use Register Webhook to re-register.

5. Has the customer started a chat with your bot?

Telegram blocks messages to anyone who hasn’t.
